Refund policy

By placing order with The Vintage Concept, you have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions below:

Item will not be released until full payment is received; some payments may require a longer duration time. All watches are sold as is due to the nature of vintage timepieces and guarantee 100% authentic. The Vintage Concept offers three years warranty of the movement accuracy but not waterproof. Customer is responsible to inspect the watch before purchase and return will not be accepted.

Return for full refund is only accepted if item is proven to be unauthentic by the brand Service Center within one month from purchase date. Customers are advised to contact us immediately for the return procedure. The return item has to be in exact same condition as when it was purchased. All international return must be sent back by the same method as when it was received and must be fully insured paid by customer. Refund will be issued within seven days after the watch has been inspected. Return might not be accepted if any part of the watch is/are being damaged in any circumstances; The Vintage Concept will reserve the right to claim repairing fee and compensation due to the loss of its originality.
