Cartier’s one the most significant model, “The Santos Dumont” is literally the grandfather of the Cartier watch collection. With its unique sharp edges, brushed facets and unmistakable white Roman dial was first assembled in 1904 for Brazilian pilot Alberto Santos Dumont and since, it has inspired everything that followed from Cartier. The Santos Octagon is the perfect example.
